Cellular Interval Training at OxygenWell

A rhythmic fusion of oxygen, light, and hydrogen designed to restore balance, energy, and regeneration.

Cellular Interval Training for Your Mitochondria

At OxygenWell, we don’t just “stack” therapies — we create a rhythm your cells can respond to.
Our Mito Series is designed as cellular interval training: a precise sequence of light, oxygen, and hydrogen that teaches your mitochondria how to make cleaner energy, repair faster, and recover from stress.

Why Mitochondria Matter

Inside every cell are tiny powerhouses called mitochondria. When oxygen is delivered and used efficiently, they create energy (ATP) through oxidative phosphorylation — your most powerful, anti-aging energy pathway.

When oxygen delivery, blood flow, or mitochondrial function is compromised, cells start relying more on “backup” energy systems that are less efficient and more inflammatory. Our goal at OxygenWell is simple:

Restore oxygen efficiency → Restore mitochondrial signaling → Restore cellular intelligence.

We do that by using interval-style stimulation: gentle stress followed by recovery, repeated in a therapeutic rhythm.

The Mito Series: A Three-Phase Cellular Rhythm

1. MitoGlow – Light That Wakes Up Your Cells

Red & Infrared LED Light Bed (Photobiomodulation)

Our MitoGlow bed uses red and infrared light to stimulate a mitochondrial enzyme called cytochrome c oxidase — a key player in how your cells bind oxygen and make ATP.

Cellular benefits:

  • Increases ATP (cellular energy) production

  • Improves circulation & microvascular flow

  • Supports lymphatic drainage & detox

  • Reduces inflammation and joint/muscle discomfort

  • Stimulates collagen, skin repair, and tissue regeneration

Light is your priming phase: it prepares mitochondria to use incoming oxygen more efficiently.

2. MitoPulse – Oxygen That Trains Your Mitochondria

Option A: Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen (Soft Chamber)
Option B: High-Pressure Hyperbaric Oxygen (Hard Chamber)

Inside a hyperbaric chamber, you breathe oxygen under increased pressure. This pushes more oxygen into your plasma (not just your red blood cells), dramatically increasing the amount your tissues can receive.

Mild Hyperbaric (Soft Chamber – Cellular Training)

At approximately 1.3 ATA, mild hyperbaric oxygen can increase dissolved plasma oxygen 3–4×. As you come out of the chamber and oxygen levels return toward normal, your body experiences what’s called the hyperoxic–hypoxic paradox— a natural “contrast” that:

  • Stimulates stem cell release

  • Triggers angiogenesis (new capillary growth)

  • Enhances mitochondrial efficiency and oxygen use

  • Supports tissue repair, detox, and resilience

Think of mild hyperbaric as interval cardio for your mitochondria — a training tool to improve how your cells handle oxygen and recover from stress.

High-Pressure Hyperbaric (Hard Chamber – Deeper Restoration)

At higher pressures (1.5 ATA - 2.4 ATA in our hard chamber), the oxygen gradient is even stronger. This can:

  • Drive oxygen deeper into poorly perfused or injured tissues

  • Support recovery from more complex or stubborn inflammatory states

  • Enhance tissue regeneration, bone health, and post-surgical recovery

  • Provide a more intensive medical-grade oxygen dose

Where mild hyperbaric focuses on training and conditioning, high-pressure sessions focus on deeper penetration and more aggressive tissue support.

3. MitoFlow – Hydrogen That Restores Balance

Hydrogen Inhalation Therapy

During or after your oxygen/light session, MitoFlow (molecular hydrogen inhalation) helps balance the redox environment inside your cells.

Hydrogen is a selective antioxidant — it helps neutralize excess reactive oxygen species (ROS) without shutting down the beneficial signaling you actually need to heal.

Cellular benefits:

  • Reduces oxidative stress without “turning off” repair

  • Supports brain and nervous system calm

  • Enhances detox and cellular hydration

  • Promotes deep relaxation after oxygen and light

Together, the three phases create a powerful loop:

Light primes → Oxygen energizes → Hydrogen balances.

That’s cellular interval training.
